Empowering Employees Through Awareness

We believe that a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace is the foundation of a thriving organization. In alignment with this belief, we are proud to share the successful completion of our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Awareness Training, conducted on 29th April 2025.

Led by renowned POSH trainer Ms. Snehal Jadhav, the session was designed to build awareness around workplace conduct, educate employees on their rights and responsibilities, and provide clarity on the internal mechanisms for reporting and addressing any concerns. The training served as an important reminder that every individual deserves to work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination.

The session was formally inaugurated by Mr. Rajesh Waghmare, Senior Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), and concluded with insightful closing remarks by Ms. Shruti Kote, ICC Member. Their involvement underscored SIPL’s commitment to upholding integrity and transparency in the workplace.

We are pleased to share that 385 employees actively participated in the training, demonstrating a collective dedication to fostering a culture of mutual respect and accountability.

At Spica, POSH is not just a statutory requirement—it is a reflection of one of our core values of fostering relationships. Through regular awareness sessions, we aim to equip our teams with the knowledge and confidence to speak up, support one another, and contribute to a work culture where dignity is non-negotiable. These sessions also serve as a platform to address misconceptions, clarify procedures, and empower individuals to take informed actions when needed.

We understand that prevention is a continuous journey. As part of our long-term commitment, we will continue to invest in training, open dialogue, and policy enforcement to ensure that every voice is heard and respected. Because at the heart of everything we do is the belief that a respectful workplace is everyone’s right—and everyone’s responsibility.

To everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this session, thank you. Your involvement makes us stronger and safer for all.

For any further assistance or POSH-related queries, employees are encouraged to reach out to the HR team or the Internal Complaints Committee.
